What's included in a studio rental?+
Every booking includes access to the general warehouse space, foyer, office area, dropdown paper backdrops, and walls on wheels backdrops. Additional sets and rooms — like the cyc wall, LED wall, podcast room, containers, gym area, and mezzanine — are available as add-ons.
Can I rent individual sets or just the full studio?+
Yes — get in contact with us and we'll help you customize your booking based on the sets your production needs.
Is the $100 deposit refundable?+
Yes. The $100 deposit is fully refundable when cancelled 48 or more hours before your booking. See our cancellation policy below for full details.
Do you provide lighting and sound equipment?+
Lighting and sound equipment is available as an add-on to any booking. Contact us when you reserve to discuss what you need and we'll get you set up.
What's the cancellation policy?+
48+ hours before the booking: Full refund or full credit toward a future booking. 24–48 hours before: 50% refund or credit of the booking cost. Less than 24 hours: No refund — client forfeits the booking. No-show: Charged 100% of the booking fee. Rescheduling: Allowed once for free if done 24–48 hours before the shoot, subject to availability.
Can I bring my own crew and equipment?+
Yes — you're welcome to bring your own crew and equipment to the studio. It's your space for the duration of your booking.
